第六届中国（承德）国际旅游文化投资贸易洽谈会是借助承德市环京津、环渤海的地理优势而召开的一次以招商引资为重点、参观考察企业和进出口贸易洽谈相结合的国际盛会。洽谈会将推出一批基础设施、农业产业化、高新技术产业、旅游业、生态环境及商贸服务业等领域的重点项目，会议期间将安排参观考察重点项目、重点企业和重点旅游景点。

承德是一座著名的旅游城市，临近京津，交通便利，自然资源、劳动力资源丰富。承德市文物古迹众多，人文景观独特，有深厚的历史文化积淀，中国最大的皇家园林——避暑山庄及周围寺庙群已被联合国教科文组织列入世界文化遗产名录。承德市致力于不断改善投资环境，真诚欢迎国内外客商前来就双方感兴趣的项目及贸易进行广泛的洽谈与合作。

This fair is held by taking the advantageous Of Chengde’s advantageous Location around the Bohai Bay and around Beijing and Tianjing .The purpose is to invite capital through the guests visiting and inspecting the enterprises and import and export trade talks.
